Zitlaly Martinez Hernandez

Community Organizer

Zitlaly is the Community Organizer for the East Valley Prevention Project in San Bernardino County. She attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Intensive Psychology and in Latin American and Latino Studies, accompanied by a  Minor in Politics. Zitlaly has hopes to utilize her education to help her community in different forms. Zitlaly has always been passionate about helping people and has been involved in community organizations, activist projects, media, research, and advocacy work. She is the oldest sibling, and as a first-generation student, she wants her work to pave a better future for her family (her two cats included)
