As an immigrant myself, I am passionate about using my skills to help Latinx community members build their strengths and live more fulfilling lives.”
Paola Rochin Bochm is the Trusted Messenger Program’s community outreach supervisor. With a background in research and project management, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and passion for social impact to IPS. Paola has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement sustainable projects that address critical community needs, such as clean water access, renewable energy, and environmental sustainability.
Her work encompasses the technical aspects of engineering and engaging with community members to ensure solutions are culturally appropriate and truly beneficial. Paola aims to create data-driven, innovative strategies that enhance the well-being of communities and support long-term societal goals.
Paola enjoys visiting museums and galleries and spending time with her family outside of work.
