Seraphina Eberhardt
Program Manager
“I want to be able to help those in need, to ensure they know that there are resources and support available to them and empower them to have a successful and fulfilling life.”
Seraphina Eberhardt is a Program Manager for the East County project in San Diego County. She received her bachelor’s in public health from San Diego State University. Prior to IPS, Seraphina worked for a nonprofit as a Prevention Program Coordinator, where she provided a free service as well as fire-safety and burn prevention education to senior citizens within San Diego County. She enjoys building relationships and making connections to those throughout the community, and seeing the impact and positive change that work she is involved in has on the community. When she’s not working, Seraphina enjoys spending time with her daughter and cat, attending concerts, and watching football or baseball (depending on the season).
