Terri Howey has been with IPS since 2000 and was elevated to Chief Operations Officer (COO) in 2019. As COO, she oversees the organization’s operations, including human resources management, executive administration, grant and contract compliance, and development. Terri is committed to maintaining the business side of IPS while making decisions based on IPS’ Core Values of Equity, Diversity, Empowerment, Systems Change, Results, and Integrity. She ensures we never lose sight of our Mission. Terri inspires excellence and enthusiasm throughout the organization with her affirming, can-do approach.
Terri has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Montana State University-Billings.
