Sarah Boyer
Program Manager
“We need fewer people who enjoy hearing themselves talk and more people willing to step up and take action. Let’s get to work!”
Sarah Boyer has been with IPS since 2011. She came to IPS with the goal to change community norms in order to help young people reach their full potential and to help all people take pride and find joy in their communities in San Bernardino County.
Prior to IPS, Sarah was an advocate for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and spent several years working in the field of media advocacy. In December 2022 she relocated to San Diego’s South Bay region where she enjoys working with coalitions in Chula Vista and Imperial Beach to improve quality of life.
