Janedra Sykes is the Founder and Principal of Kedere Group, a consultancy dedicated
to helping mission-driven organizations build stronger leadership, healthier cultures, and
greater community impact. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit
sector, having worked in roles including frontline practitioner, executive director, board
member, facilitator, coach, and consultant.
