Daniel Soria
Community & Youth Organizer
“I maintain a deep belief that everyday people, when organized in solidarity between each other, hold the power to define the terms of the future and their environments.”
Daniel (he/him/his) is the Youth and Community Organizer for San Diego’s South Bay region. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and is hoping to someday attend law school. Daniel’s background in youth development comes from his previous work as a co-founder of the Student Civil Liberties Union, where he’s grown a youth organizing network to multiple college campuses across San Diego County, running winning campaigns on immigrant justice, disability rights, and local housing. Additionally, Daniel worked as a staffer in the U.S. Senate and holds a passion for domestic and sexual violence prevention work through internships with the Department of Justice and local nonprofits.
