Diamond Aragon is a dedicated youth and community organizer serving the South Bay region of San Diego, California. With a strong background in psychology and counseling, she brings both academic insight and lived experience to her work in community mental health. Diamond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently nearing the completion of her Master’s in Counseling, further deepening her commitment to holistic and accessible care.

Her professional journey has been rooted in one-on-one support, and she has years of experience in case management and mental health services. She has worked extensively with underserved populations, offering compassionate and culturally responsive care to individuals facing systemic barriers. Whether advocating for youth, coordinating resources, or supporting families through mental health challenges, Diamond centers her work on equity, dignity, and human connection.

A firm believer in the right to equitable and quality mental health care, Diamond is driven by the vision of creating pathways to access for all. She approaches her organizing and support work with empathy, purpose, and a trauma-informed lens—always striving to meet people where they are.

Outside of her professional life, Diamond finds grounding in nature, enjoys the company of her pets, and has a deep love for video games—she’s always happy to chat about the latest titles or favorite classics.
