Frenzelle Apaga is a prevention specialist for the IPS East Valley Project in San Bernardino County. She has a Bachelor’s in Public Health with a minor in Public Administration from California State University, San Bernardino. She is pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at California Baptist University and becoming a Certified Health Education Specialist. Frenzelle has a deep passion for protecting communities against the harmful effects of substances as well as empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to help prevent substance use.
