Lisette Muñoz

Community & Youth Organizer

“Simply having the opportunity to uplift historically underserved communities is a privilege in itself, but being able to collaborate with said communities is invaluable.”

Lisette Muñoz is a Community and Youth Organizer for the Partnerships for Success and South Bay programs in San Diego County. Growing up in South San Diego motivated her to pursue higher education and serve her community through awareness, prevention and intervention. Lisette graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development. Her studies focused on working with children, families, and communities at risk for poverty, housing insecurity, food insecurity, unemployment, quality education, and health complications.

She strongly believes that the willingness to listen, learn, and heal allows us to improve our environment and wellness as individuals and as a collective. Lisette enjoys spending time with loved ones, painting, taking care of her plants outdoors, and attending car shows.
