IPS’ History…

…is rooted in an epidemic of teens crossing into Mexico to binge drink. Designated a federal model program, IPS’ San Diego-Tijuana Cross Border Underage Drinking Project dramatically reduced youth crossings, fatalities, injuries, fights, and assaults. Since then, we have directed projects throughout the nation. We are committed to providing better health outcomes for vulnerable and disadvantaged populations.
